I downloaded and installed the new Ubuntu along with virtualbox a few days ago. Just playing around. This is kind of interesting and I thought I'd share. Wasn't tricky at all to set up.
My system specs are: AMDx2 4400+, 2gb ram, Nvidia 7600gt
